Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, joining our community, enrolling in any Cryptonic Area program, purchasing any Arena case, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in a program or use our services.

These terms apply to every individual who interacts with Cryptonic Area — students, interns, campus ambassadors, community members, businesses booking a service, and visitors to our website — regardless of location.

02

About Our Programs

Cryptonic Area offers live, mentor-led, hands-on training programs across cyber security, penetration testing, digital forensics, network security, web development, and related technology domains. Our programs are built to be practical first — every concept is taught through real, hands-on execution rather than passive theory.

Program structure, duration, pricing, curriculum, and mentor availability may vary by program and are subject to change without prior notice, in order to keep every program current with the latest tools, techniques, and industry practices.

  • Programs are delivered online in a live, instructor-led format unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Access to recordings, resources, and community spaces is provided at our discretion and may vary by program.
  • Completion of a program does not, by itself, guarantee employment, an internship, or any specific career outcome.
03

Eligibility & Enrollment

By enrolling in any Cryptonic Area program, you confirm that the information you provide during registration — including your name, contact details, and any declarations requested at enrollment — is accurate and complete.

Certain advanced programs, particularly those covering offensive security techniques, require you to confirm that you do not have a criminal history related to cyber crime, unauthorized system access, or any offense that would call into question your intent to use these skills lawfully. Cryptonic Area reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel enrollment for any individual at its sole discretion, including where such a declaration is found to be false.

Please Note

Individuals below the applicable legal age in their country of residence must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before enrolling in any program.

04

Ethical Use & Legal Compliance

This is the single most important section of these terms, and every student, intern, and community member is expected to read and understand it fully.

Cryptonic Area teaches real, practical, offensive and defensive security techniques — the same techniques used by professionals in the industry. These skills are taught strictly for ethical, authorized, and lawful purposes only — including, but not limited to, learning, authorized penetration testing, capture-the-flag environments, sanctioned lab environments, and legitimate professional work carried out with proper authorization.

Zero-Tolerance Disclaimer

Learning a technique inside a Cryptonic Area program does not, under any circumstance, give you permission to use it against any system, network, account, or organization without explicit, written authorization from its owner. If you use any skill, tool, technique, or knowledge gained through Cryptonic Area to attack, access, disrupt, or interfere with any live system without authorization, that action is entirely your own, and Cryptonic Area holds no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your actions or their consequences, legal or otherwise.

We operate on a strict ethical-first foundation. We do not support, endorse, assist, or provide cover for any individual engaged in illegal hacking, unauthorized access, data theft, fraud, or any other form of cyber crime — during a program, after a program, or at any point in the future. Any student found to be engaging in such activity may be permanently removed from our community and programs, and we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

By enrolling in any program, you agree that you are learning these skills to build a legitimate, lawful career or capability in cyber security, and that you accept full personal responsibility for how you apply what you learn.

05

Code of Conduct

Cryptonic Area is a professional learning community. To keep it that way, every member is expected to follow a basic standard of conduct across our programs, live sessions, and community spaces (including WhatsApp communities and channels).

  • Treat mentors, staff, and fellow members with respect — harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind is not tolerated.
  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute program materials, recordings, or case files outside the community without written permission.
  • Do not use community spaces to promote unrelated services, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity.
  • Report any misuse of skills, tools, or community access to our team immediately.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from our programs and community spaces, at our sole discretion, without refund.

06

Payments & Fees

All program and Arena case fees are listed in the currency shown at checkout and must be paid in full to confirm your seat or unlock a case, unless an alternate arrangement is explicitly agreed to in writing by our team.

Our programs are deliberately priced far below typical market rates for the depth of practical, live, mentor-led training provided. Pricing may change between batches or cases, and the price you were quoted or paid at the time of enrollment is the price that applies to your seat.

07

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All enrollments are final. Once a seat is confirmed, it is non-refundable.

Our programs run with strictly limited seats to preserve the quality of live, mentor-led instruction. The moment your seat is confirmed, that seat is reserved exclusively for you and is removed from availability — it cannot be offered to another student. Because of this, we are unable to reopen, resell, or refund a seat once it has been confirmed, regardless of whether you attend the sessions.

Why This Policy Exists

Limited seats exist to ensure every student gets real mentor attention. A confirmed seat that goes unused cannot be given to another student who may have been waiting for that exact spot — this is why cancellations after confirmation cannot be refunded.

This policy applies equally to all programs, Arena case unlocks, and any other paid service offered by Cryptonic Area, unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise in writing.

08

Certification Terms

Certificates issued by Cryptonic Area — including program completion certificates, Arena investigation certificates, and internship recognition — are awarded only on successful, genuine completion of the associated requirements, whether that is a program, an assessment, an investigation report, or an internship period.

  • Certificates are non-transferable and remain associated with the individual they were issued to.
  • Cryptonic Area reserves the right to revoke a certificate found to have been obtained through misrepresentation, plagiarism, or dishonest means.
  • Certificates reflect completion of our program or challenge requirements and do not constitute a government-issued or statutory qualification.
09

Intellectual Property

All course material, case files, evidence packages, slides, branding, graphics, and content created by Cryptonic Area remain the intellectual property of Cryptonic Area. Enrollment in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning — it does not grant you ownership or the right to redistribute, resell, or publish this content elsewhere.

10

Limitation of Liability

Cryptonic Area provides its programs and services on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to deliver accurate, current, and high-quality training, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, employment, or that every technique taught will remain effective against every real-world system at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptonic Area, its founders, mentors, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs, community spaces, or any actions you take using knowledge or skills gained through us — including, as stated in Section 4, any unauthorized or illegal use of these skills.

11

Prohibited Activities

While enrolled in any program or using any Cryptonic Area service, you agree not to:

  • Use any skill, tool, or access provided by Cryptonic Area to attack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
  • Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer our platforms, case files, or evaluation systems.
  • Impersonate Cryptonic Area, its team, or another student in any communication or activity.
  • Submit plagiarized, AI-generated, or dishonestly obtained work for any assessment, case, or certification.
  • Use our community spaces to organize, promote, or discuss illegal activity of any kind.
12

Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to run our programs, verify enrollment, issue certificates, and communicate with you — such as your name, contact details, and program-related submissions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Information shared with us for recognition purposes (such as photos submitted for intern recognition) is used only with your explicit consent, exactly as indicated at the time of submission.

13

Suspension & Termination

Cryptonic Area reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any individual's access to a program, certificate, or community space — without refund — for a violation of these Terms & Policies, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law, at our sole discretion.

14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time as our programs and services evolve. Continued use of our website, programs, or community spaces after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically.

15

Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, regardless of the location from which our services are accessed.
